Language

The official language of the virtual meeting is English and there are no translation facilities within the virtual platform.

Time Zone

All time slots are given accordingly with CEST (Central European Summer Time) which is 1 hour ahead of BST (British Summer Time) and 2 hours ahead of the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+2)

Any time details shown on the meeting program are given according to this time zone. Please make sure to check for the time according to your own time zone.

Virtual Platform

The virtual platform is created solely for the use of registered participants of the meeting. It can be reached through the meeting website, with the username and passwords to be provided to the registered participants.

Certificate of Attendance

A post-meeting survey will be sent to the participants after the meeting via e-mail. By filling in this  survey  and  submitting,  participants  will  be  able  to  download their certificates of attendance as pdf documents.

Mobile Application

A conference mobile application will be prepared for you to navigate through the meeting details with ease and enhance your participation.
