FUN RUN DISCLAIMER

In order to participate, and by participating, in the “WCP Fun Run” (the “WCP Run”), each such participant (a “Participant”) agrees to the following:

• Participant acknowledge that participation in the WCP Run carries an inherent risk of injury to Participant’s person and damage to Participant’s property.

• Participant agrees to assume all such risk inherent in participation in the WCP Run, whether or not such risks are apparent.

• Participant certifies that s/he is in good physical health and fully fit to participate in the WCP Run and no medical condition or impairment exists that may prevent such participation.

• Without derogating from the foregoing, Participant agrees and declares that his/her participation in the WCP Run is solely at Participant’s own risk and responsibility. 

• Participant hereby waives and releases, for Participant and for Participant’s heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against the organizers of the WCP Run and their affiliates, agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, , that may arise as a result of Participant’s participation in WCP Run, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by the negligence of any of the foregoing.
