This scientific meeting is one of identified participants - no anonymous participation is possible. By participating in the event your name and country/company will be visible to other attendees, either through the mandatory delegate badge in physical events, or by your user-name in virtual (online) events.
Your name and country may also be included in the list of participants posted at the event, and/or on the event’s mobile phone application.
We temporarily provide personal information to companies that perform services to us and require them to protect your information in the same way we do.
Please note that whenever you access a scientific session or a booth at the Exhibition Area, you are sharing your personal details -as they are registered by us - with them, to be used for statistical purposes and for future communication with you..
