This scientific meeting is one of identified participants - no anonymous participation is possible. By participating in the event your name and country/company will be visible to other attendees, either through the mandatory delegate badge in physical events, or by your user-name in virtual (online) events. Your name and country may also be included in the list of participants posted at the event, and/or on the event’s mobile phone application. We temporarily provide personal information to companies that perform services to us and require them to protect your information in the same way we do. Please note that whenever you access a scientific session or a booth at the Exhibition Area, you are sharing your personal details -as they are registered by us - with them, to be used for statistical purposes and for future communication with you.
Data Security: We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. When personal information is transferred over the Internet, we encrypt it using Transfer Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology or similar technology.
Your Rights: You have the right to receive the information we hold about you, ask to correct it or, under certain circumstances, to delete it.

Abstract

Have you submitted an abstract?

* Students must upload a certificate stating their student status in the online form. Valid student card confirming your status and copy of your current enrolment in postgraduate studies, master’s studies, doctoral thesis or peer credentialing.

Registration fees include

  • Conference material
  • Attendance to all scientific events.
  • Access to the commercial exhibition as well as the poster area.
  • Coffee on scheduled breaks.
  • Certificate of Attendance and / or Participation.

Cancellation policy

  • All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat KENES GROUP – email: senc2021-reg@kenes.com
  • Cancellations received until June 15th 2021: full refund less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received until September 1st 2021: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received from September 2nd 2021 or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
  • In the event of total cancellation of the congress, full refund will be applied to paid registrations.
  • In the event of postponement or turning into a virtual format, all paid registrations will be transferred to the new format and/or new dates. Full reimbursement will not apply.
  • The cancellation policy stated above, will prevail and remain in force until further notice or update.
