Cancellation Policy Once validated with payment or invoice, registrations are subject to the following conditions: Cancellations received until the“Early Bird Deadline” 19 April will be fully refundable. Cancellations received on and after 20 April will be Non-refundable. Remarks: • The congress workshop are limited and on first come first served basis. If you register to any workshop, the payment must be completed in a week after the submission in order to guarantee your place. The conference secretariat has the right to cancel the attendance of the unpaid registrations to the workshops. • Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Kenes M+, Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com. • All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes. • A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.
