Registration fee includes (except Virtual Nursing Symposium & Accompanying Person categories): Access to all meeting sessions, exhibition & posters area, mini program, access to online CNS Journal, ID badge, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception, 51st Society Annual Networking Dinner Registration fee for Accompanying Person Includes: ID badge, welcome reception, 51st Society Annual Networking Dinner Registration for Virtual Nursing Symposium Includes: Access to the Virtual Nursing Symposium Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until September 1, 2025, and the registration fee will be refunded with a 65.-EUR deduction for administrative expenses. For cancellations received on and after September 2, 2025, the registration fee will be non-refundable. • Changes in registration and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com. • All prices are inclusive of taxes. TERMS OF PAYMENT The official currency of 51st Annual Meeting is Euro. Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means. i. ISPN Meeting Secretariat has the right to ask for the difference for short payments. ii. By credit card: Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for payment. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that if your account is in a different currency than Euros, your bank will apply their daily exchange on the payment and Meeting Secretariat does not have any control on the application. We regret that cheques are not accepted as a form of payment. Booking Terms & Conditions -The rates are in Euros and include one night stay, breakfast, all service charges and taxes. -Please note the check-in time is 16:00 and the check-out time is 12:00. -The payment of your reservation should be received by the Meeting Secretariat a week after the booking date. The Meeting Secretariat has the right to cancel any unpaid bookings. -For any changes or cancellation of your booking, please contact Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com -Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after receiving the total amount by bank transfer or credit card Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations Until 04 August 2025: The total payment will be fully refundable. Between 05 August – 04 September 2025: 1 night no-show fee will be applied. On and after 05 September 2025: Full no-show will be applied; the total payment will be non-refundable.
