Registration fee for all the Meeting registration categories includes: Entry to all meeting sessions, entrance to the exhibition area and poster sessions, mini program, online CNS Journal, ID badge, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, 48th Society Annual Networking Dinner Registration fee for Accompanying Person Includes: ID badge, welcome reception, 48th Society Annual Networking Dinner Registration fee for Only Nursing Symposium Includes: Entrance to the Nursing Symposium Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until and on 11 October 2022 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.-USD deduction for administrative expenses. For cancellations received on and after 12 October 2022 the registration fee will be non-refundable. • Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com. • All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes. Booking Terms & Conditions -The rates are for one night stay and in USD. -Please note the check-in time is starting from 15:00 and the check-out time should be maximum at 11:00. -For any changes or cancellations on your booking please contact Mrs. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com in writing. - For your group reservations (min. of 10 participants) please contact directly to Mrs. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com -Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after we received the total amount by bank transfer or credit card. Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations Until 1 June 2022: The cancellation will be full refundable. On and after 1 June 2022: The cancellation will be non-refundable.
