In case there are Abstract Presenters among the group delegates please advise the names and abstract numbers in advance in order to guarantee the abstract will remain in the Scientific Programme.

Group Registration Pick-up

Individual pickup – Highly recommended
Each delegate will be able to collect his own registration materials upon arrival.
A confirmation letter with a barcode will be sent out to all participants a few days before the congress. 
This confirmation letter enables them to collect their badge from the pre-paid stations located in the registration area.
They can also search with name or registration ID.
 
Group pickup
One person will collect the registration materials for the entire group.
The person is responsible for distributing the badges to their participants.
Participants won’t receive the barcode and won’t be able to print on arrival.
Group registration collective pick-up will be available onsite, an appointment must be coordinated in advance. Exact times will be advised prior to the congress.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email. Refunds of the registration fee will be processed as follows: Cancellations received up to and including 14 February 2026 – full refund. Cancellations received from 15 February up to and including 18 April 2026 – 50% refund. From 19 April 2026 onwards – no refund will be made.
