GROUP REGISTRATION FORM 

1. The group registration process is valid for a minimum of 10 delegates. 

2. In order to benefit from the reduced registration fees, payments must be received prior to the below deadlines. 

3. Please send the final name list no later than 4 weeks prior to the conference. Please do not send preliminary name lists. 

4. Name changes will be permitted free of charge until 2 weeks prior to the conference (up to 15% of the participants names). After this date, any name change will be subject to 30 EUR charge per name. 

5. Onsite group registration pick-up for groups leaders will be available upon request.

6. Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card payment is subject to additional 4% commission. 

7. Conversion Policy: 

We want to help you reduce uncertainty during these uncertain times, which is why we have added the ability to easily convert your registration between the in-person and online experience at no additional charge. And for extra peace of mind, we are now offering a “Flex” ticket upgrade for just 50 Euro! 

Converting from in-person to online attendance 

Standard Ticket 

• Up to September 18, 2024: Receive a refund of the difference in fees. 

  • As of September 19, 2024: Ability to switch BUT there will be no refund of the difference in fees. 

Flex Ticket (+50 Euro)

• Any time before the congress: Receive a refund of the difference in fees. 

When changing your registration category, the fee applied will be based on the registration fee and category applicable at the time of change. 

Converting from online to in-person attendance 

All Tickets 

Switch at any time! You will be required to pay the difference in fees, applicable based on the registration fee and category at the time of change. 

9. Cancellation policy: 

All cancellations must be emailed before the deadlines below to reg_esid24@kenes.com

• Refund of registration fees will be as follows: 

• Cancellations received up to and including July 25, 2024 – full refund 

• Cancellations received from July 26 until September 18, 2024 – 50% refund 
• From September 19, 2024 – no refund will be made 

* Become an ESID member 2024/2025 to benefit from preferential rates – visit www.esid.org. ESID Members who wish to benefit from the reduced registration rates must have renewed their membership for 2024/2025 prior to registering to the meeting.

** ESID Member Junior – Reduced fee for: 

• Members under 35 years of age (please indicate your date of birth and upload a copy of your ID) 
• Members between 35 and 40 years of age who are still in training (please indicate your date of birth and upload a copy of your ID)

**** INGID Member – In order to obtain the special fee for nurses, please login with the email address you used for your INGID registration and family/surname you have used on your application for enrolling to INGID Membership. 

***** IPOPI Member – IPOPI’s Global Patient Meeting is above all an in-person event and there will be no live streaming of any sessions. IPOPI members have free registration for the ESID online-meeting, with access to recorded presentations that will be made available a week after the in-person congress. A limited number of presentations from IPOPI’s meeting will also be made available.
