Summary

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Annual Conference includes:
• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to the posters’ area
• Access to the exhibition area
• Conference materials (Name badge, final program book, etc...)
• Certificate of attendance
• CME Accreditation (number of CME credits to be announced prior to the Conference)
• Coffee breaks & lunches as per the Conference program
• Welcome Reception

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline of June 17, 2024 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-EUR deduction for administrative expenses. For cancellations received on and after June 18, 2024 the registration fee will be non-refundable. Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Conference Organising Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. İlayda Damar (idamar@kenes.com)
