Students and early careers can register for only £25 for the year.

*All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes. * Member rates are valid for British Pain Society and Welsh Pain Society members. The BPS members are required to indicate their membership ID during the registration process. Please note that if your membership will not be approved by the Societies. The Meeting Secretariat has the right to request the balance payment for the non-member rates. Attendance at the education day Refreshment breaks and lunch Attendance at the two Plenary Sessions on Tuesday 3 June Option to attend the Welcome Reception (an additional cost will apply) Letter of Confirmation A confirmation letter will be e-mailed within 48 hours once the Meeting Secretariat receives the full payment of the registration fee. Cancellation of Registration Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the Early Bird deadline 24th March 2025 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.- GBP deduction for administrative expenses. For cancellations received on and after 25th March 2025, the registration fee will be non-refundable. Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Annual Meeting Organising Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Pinar Eresici (peresici@kenes.com)
