Gala Celebrating Patients 

A gala will allow everyone at AGCES 2026 to celebrate patients, their courage, resilience, and progress, as well as to recognize the families, communities, and healthcare professionals. We will:

  1. Celebrate Milestones and Raise Awareness: Let’s hear from patients who have gone through intense journeys, from surgeries and treatments to ongoing therapies. Patients can share their achievements!
  2. Empower the Community of Patients: Bringing patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals together builds a supportive network. It shows patients that they’re not alone with other patients present but also the medical community. 
  3. Share the Latest Science: At the Gala we can spotlight specific education discussed during Friday and Saturday, helping to educate those patients maybe not present during the meeting to show the level of science and commitment of AGCES.

Registration fees include: • Attendance at all scientific sessions and exhibition • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks • Attendance to the Welcome Reception • Access to the mobile app • All delegate materials Only Gala Dinner ticket includes: • Attandence to the Gala Dinner Cancellation of Registration • Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the Early Bird Deadline (January 26, 2026) up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 75.- USD deduction for administrative expenses. • For cancellations received on and after January 27, 2025, the registration fee will be non-refundable. • Changes in registration and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Ms. Eda Değer edeger@kenes.com. • All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes. Cancellation of Gala Dinner Ticket: • For cancellations received on and after January 27, 2025, the gala dinner ticket fee will be non-refundable.
