We are delighted that you will be presenting in the upcoming AABIP 2022 Fifth Annual Conference (the “Conference”). A number of sessions at the Conference may be pre-recorded prior to the Conference or recorded live at the Conference and will subsequently be made available for access and/or distribution after the Conference. It is intended that the recordings will contain video, audio, slides, Q&A, text and photographs, or any of the foregoing.
As a speaker and/or moderator in one or more of these sessions, we are requesting your permission to record all your presentations and contributions at the Conference (together, the “Presentations”).
By signing this consent form, you represent, acknowledge, agree and consent that:
- The Conference organizers, including, AABIP and Tilesa Kenes Spain SL or its affiliates (together, the “Organizers”) are authorized to record all or any part of the Presentations, in any format chosen by any of them in any manner whatsoever, in their absolute discretion.
- The Presentations may be live broadcasted or subsequently broadcasted via the internet.
- Each of the Organizers may use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, broadcast and otherwise display the Presentations or any part thereof, on a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive basis, provided that it is used solely for educational purposes and in a manner approved by the Organizers.
- The undersigned shall immediately notify the Organizers upon becoming aware of any content-related issues (slide withdrawals, copyright clearance issues mistakes in the accuracy of information, accidental disclosure of protected information, etc.).
- You have full right, interest and authority in respect of the Presentations and their content, to grant to the Organizers all of the rights so granted hereunder.
The Organizers appreciate that certain slides incorporated in the Presentation content might include confidential data that may not be reproduced by the Organizers. Upon your written request, the Organizers will remove such slides from any subsequent distribution or broadcast of the Presentations, provided that you send an e-mail to the Conference Secretariat with a copy of your presentation indicating the individual slides which contain such confidential information 2 weeks before the start of the Conference.
