Accreditation Page

NSGC CEU Accreditation

NSGC is an authorized provider of continuing education for ONLY genetic counsellors.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) earned through NSGC-approved educational opportunities will be accepted by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) for purposes of Genetic Counselor recertification.

CBGC CEC Accreditation


The Canadian Board of Genetic Counselling (CBGC) is for only Canadian Certified Genetic Counselors.

Applications for NSGC CEU, CBGC CEC, and CME accreditations will be made for the 2026 CGA-IGC Annual Meeting.

The number of CEU, CEC, and CME credits will be announced on the website in the coming months before the Annual Meeting.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline of September 7, 2026 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-USD deduction for administrative expenses. For cancellations received on and after September 8, 2026 the registration fee will be non-refundable. Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Organizing Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen (nutugen@kenes.com)
